To support everyday life on Yakushima, we've also equipped the shared spaces with the tools and essentials needed for daily living—including a fully equipped kitchen.

The shared kitchen and everyday essentials also make it easy for a group to live and spend time together throughout their stay.

Most bedrooms at Årc are private single rooms. This makes room arrangements easier for groups while respecting different levels of privacy and avoiding some of the stresses that can come with shared dorm-style rooms.
The rooms themselves are intentionally minimal, encouraging people to spend more time outdoors and naturally gather in the shared spaces.

We serve light-roast single-origin pour-over coffee, whisky aged on Yakushima, and craft beer from microbreweries in Kagoshima.
Perfect for a break between group sessions or simply spending time together after the day's program.

Rates for exclusive group stays vary depending on the season and day of the week. Select a season tab below to view the applicable rates.
The basic plan includes access to the single-type bedrooms and all shared spaces. The property can also be reserved exclusively for groups of up to 9 people at the same rate. DX Single and Twin rooms are available as optional add-ons. The maximum capacity is 14 people.
