Based on his experience in developing leaders in eight countries, he supports the process of Japanese people competing on the world stage to reflect on their own mission and vision and to increase the engagement of overseas employees. He arrived on an island in the Adriatic Sea by chance and a resonance with his heart, and is currently working to strengthen the Japanese brand.
